Small Office Manager / Training Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly customer facing training coordinator/administrative assistant/small office manager to drive company success. This is a multi-faceted role for a responsible person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position has an excellent opportunity to grow as our company grows. Most communications with customers will be via email, though some in person meetings are required from time to time.

Training Coordinator responsibilities

Training event coordinator and small office manager will support day to day operations at Morgan Advanced Programmable Systems, Inc. This is a full-time clerical position.

General day to day tasks will include:

  • Management of customer contact databases
  • Monthly reports
  • Event scheduling and logistics (food, lodging, venue)
  • Maintain professional relationship with vendors, customers, and engineers
  • Support marketing and demand creation
  • Manage and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office supplies (reorder office supplies, etc.)
  • Infrequent travel required

Qualifications: Technical & Practical

  • Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, basic Excel, SharePoint)–will train
  • Ability to touch type is a big plus
  • Logical thinking and imaginative/intuitive/empathetic thinking

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Entry level FPGA engineer

We are seeking a personable FPGA engineer to work with the latest FPGA technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Requirements capture, ASIC / FPGA digital architecture and design using RTL, timing analysis and closure, verification, and system integration
  • RTL coding and simulation in VHDL or Verilog
  • C/C++ coding (baremetal, testing)
  • Testbench development for simulation and synthesis
  • Interface circuit design and analysis
  • Tools training of other engineers once you are trained

Experience in the following is also desired (but we will train)

Education and experience
